Your Role And Responsibilities
The Assembly Builder is responsible for supporting the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Uses machinery and equipment on the shop floor. Reads and interprets the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.
The work model for the role is: Onsite

Your Role And Responsibilities
The Assembly Builder is responsible for supporting the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Uses machinery and equipment on the shop floor. Reads and interprets the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Assemble industrial electric motors and components (stators, rotors, bearings, housings, wiring) while completing electrical connections, routing leads, and interpreting schematics to ensure proper insulation, grounding, and functionality.
- Perform quality checks and functional testing (hi-pot, continuity, balance), identify defects, and complete rework or troubleshooting in collaboration with quality and engineering teams.
- Operate assembly tools (torque tools, presses, hand tools) safely and accurately, maintain equipment calibration, and support efficient production flow, line balancing, and coordination across departments.
- Track production data and work orders, follow SOPs and safety standards, maintain a clean 5S-compliant workspace, and contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; at least 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience or equivalent military service. Technical or vocational training may be considered in place of experience; motor assembly experience preferred.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Core Skills: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality; able to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility: Willing and able to work any shift as needed to support production demands.
- Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive movements (standing, bending, reaching), wear required PPE, operate machinery for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment with noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment.
