Job Responsibilities
- Perform complex and intricate assembly operations according to blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure product meets all quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, defects, or issues with materials or assembled products to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Train and mentor less experienced assemblers as needed.
- Accurately complete all required documentation, including production logs and quality records.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- May operate basic production equipment and machinery.
