POSITION OVERVIEW
MyGuy Plumbing & Drain is a fast-growing family owned residential plumbing and drain service company serving Ocean and Monmouth County. We are looking for a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative who brings high energy, a winning attitude, and genuine passion for connecting with customers. This is not a sit-back-and-answer-phones kind of role — you will be an essential part of driving our business by filling our call board, building customer relationships, and keeping our team running smoothly every single day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, booking appointments using ServiceTitan
- Make outbound warm calls to existing and past customers to fill our schedule
- Communicate clearly and positively with technicians, dispatchers, and customers
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up calls with precision and urgency
- Navigate our phone system (Dialpad) like a pro — routing calls, leaving notes, managing queues
- Adapt quickly to shifting schedules, last-minute changes, and a high-volume environment
- Maintain accurate customer records and job notes in ServiceTitan
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed — organized, responsive, and always one step ahead

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of customer service, call center, and office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Dialpad experience
- Strong computer skills — Microsoft Office, email
- Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Experience with ServiceTitan scheduling and dispatch software
- Familiarity with Nexstar Network call center methodology and scripts
- Background in home services, plumbing, HVAC, or trades industry
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to being present — this is a full-time, in-office role
