The Impact You'll Make

As a Drain Specialist, you’ll be the hero customers call when water stops moving. You’ll diagnose and resolve drainage issues, prevent costly damage, and restore peace of mind. Your expertise will keep kitchens cooking, bathrooms running, and businesses operating without disruption.

What You'll Do

• Respond to residential and commercial drain service calls, from routine cleaning to emergency blockages.
• Operate drain cleaning equipment such as high-pressure water jetters, mechanical augers, and CCTV inspection cameras.
• Diagnose issues accurately and recommend effective, long-term solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future problems.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers.
• Follow all safety protocols and uphold our high service standards.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, and underground work (Sewer and Water Mains).
• Experience in Jetting Lines and operating jetting equipment.
• Knowledge of drain systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift equipment.
