We’re growing fast, and we’re now seeking a strategic operator to lead and scale our internal infrastructure.

We are hiring a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to drive day-to-day execution and ensure alignment between growth, compliance, support, product delivery, and trader success. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will oversee critical departments and work cross-functionally to optimize operational efficiency, support rapid scaling, and drive sustainable profitability.

The ideal candidate is a builder—capable of implementing systems and processes that can evolve with a dynamic, digital-first company. You’ll bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution across operations, compliance, support, HR, and vendor management.

• Oversee all operational departments including customer support, trader success, compliance, vendor management, and HR
• Design and optimize internal processes to improve speed, scalability, and cross-team alignment
• Implement KPI tracking and ensure team accountability against operational goals
• Work closely with the CEO on strategy, resource allocation, and execution priorities
• Partner with product and marketing to align customer feedback with business goals
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and culture development for operational teams
• Own vendor negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance optimization
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met across the business

• 7 years in senior operations or strategy roles, ideally with experience in fintech, SaaS, or a high-growth digital company
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational teams and systems
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services or prop trading
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities
• Data-driven mindset with experience implementing operational dashboards and OKRs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in the prop trading or retail investing industry
• Prior startup or founder experience
• Familiarity with trading platforms, trader psychology, or user behavior analytics
• Exposure to legal, risk, or enterprise compliance frameworks
