Laundry Aide
Location: Myers, PA
We are seeking a Laundry Aide to join our skilled nursing facility in Myers, PA.
The Laundry Aide is responsible for laundering, organizing, and distributing facility and resident personal linens while helping maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
Shift: Part-Time Day Shift (16 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Follow established laundry procedures.
- Place soiled facility and resident personal linens into washing machines.
- Fold, hang, transport, and distribute resident personal laundry to resident rooms.
- Hang clothing in closets and place clothing in drawers.
- Sort, wash, dry, and organize linens and personal items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning materials.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
