Key Responsibilities:
- Grill Operation:
- Prepare and cook steakburgers, hot dogs, and other menu items according to Freddy’s standards.
- Monitor grill and fryer temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
- Food Quality & Presentation:
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh and presented properly.
- Follow portion control guidelines to reduce waste and maintain consistency.
- Kitchen Cleanliness & Safety:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks (grill, fryers, surfaces, etc.).
- Team Support:
- Communicate with team members and help where needed to keep service fast and smooth.
- Restock ingredients and supplies during and after shifts.
- Speed & Accuracy:
- Work efficiently during high-volume periods while keeping quality high.
- Double-check orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen.
