Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at Myers RV in Albuquerque, NM. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting RVs that best meet their needs, building strong relationships, and guiding customers through the entire sales process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed product knowledge, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating sales agreements, and achieving established sales goals. The Salesperson will also contribute to the overall customer experience through exceptional service and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency in customer engagement and a customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of RV types such as Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, and Motorhomes, or enthusiasm to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to meeting challenges and solving problems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely move RVs on company property
- Experience in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry is a plus but not required
