Requirements
- Prepare and execute decorative cakes and specialty dessert requests for club members and events.
- Assist with banquet production, large events, and catering functions.
- Prepare a variety of baguettes, breads, rolls, and other baked goods.
- Work collaboratively with other culinary team members to ensure quality, consistency, and timely production.
- Participate in recipe development and testing, with opportunities to experiment with new ideas and techniques.
- Assist with monthly inventory and product tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with food safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through virtual, in-house, and external training opportunities.
- Support additional baking and culinary needs as assigned.
- Previous baking or culinary experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds without undue strain.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays based on business and event needs.
