Responsibilities:
- Warmly greets each member with a smile and understands the importance of name recognition
- Anticipate member needs and be willing to go above and beyond to accommodate them
- Responsible for expediting all orders in a timely manner
- Prepare trays with orders by correct seat numbers and ensuring proper condiments and side dishes are provided
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining room ensuring that the food matches the order
- Facilitate proper service techniques, such as serving from the left and clearing from the right
- Maintain high standard of safety and cleanliness
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, hospitable, and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25lbs; occasionally lift and carry up to 35lbs
- Remain on feet, standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
