Responsibilities
- Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory and manage stock levels.
- Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory movements and updates.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to warehouse operations and safety protocols.
