Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Help with basic construction, maintenance, or repair tasks under supervision
- Operate simple tools and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and materials
- Perform general duties such as cleaning, trash removal, and site preparation to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Bilingual is a MUST.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a work environment
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
Pay: $15.00 per hour
