Myers Controlled Power is looking for a Quality & Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Coordinator to join our growing team in Canton, Ohio. You'll work closely with leadership and employees across the organization to ensure our products, processes, and workplace meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do

As our Quality & EH&S Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System while helping foster a strong culture of safety throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Support and maintain our ISO-based Quality Management System (QMS)
• Coordinate quality inspections, internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain quality records, calibration logs, customer complaints, RMAs, and related documentation
• Monitor EH&S compliance through facility inspections, PPE audits, safety observations, and environmental reporting
• Coordinate safety training, evacuation drills, and monthly safety reporting
• Assist with OSHA compliance and regulatory documentation
• Investigate quality and safety issues while helping implement effective corrective actions
• Review procedures and recommend process improvements
• Partner with departments across the organization to promote quality, accountability, and a culture of safety

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about making a difference.

Qualifications include:

• Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of Quality and/or EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 preferred
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma concepts is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively

Work Environment

This position is based in our Canton, Ohio manufacturing facility and includes a combination of office work and time spent on the production floor supporting quality and safety initiatives.
