We’re looking for a Senior Residential Designer who can confidently lead projects, support sales efforts, and contribute to the continued growth of our team.

Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in residential design or design-build
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and buildability
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, and/or sales within a design-build environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to guide and advise clients throughout the process
• Proficiency in design software
• Genuine interest in high-end materials, products, and thoughtful renovation solutions
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• Leadership mindset with a desire to grow and contribute to team development
• Willingness to be actively involved in all phases of the design process, from concept through construction alongside the Myers Constructs team
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clients through the design-build process from concept to construction
• Develop thoughtful, buildable residential design solutions
• Support early-stage estimating and align design with real-world costs
• Contribute to sales conversations and help guide projects toward contract
• Collaborate closely with our internal team across design and construction
• Play a role in strengthening and evolving our design sales process
