Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, availability, and workload

Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs

Maintain accurate status updates on all vehicles in the service lane

Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair progress and delays

Ensure repair orders are properly opened, updated, and closed

Support productivity and efficiency goals within the service department

Assist with scheduling and prioritizing work as needed

Must pass background check and drug screening
