Automotive Sales Consultant

Subaru North Orlando is seeking to hire Sales Consultants who want to earn a lot of money!! Sales Consultants will meet with prospective buyers and assist them in making their purchasing decisions. You will accomplish this by identifying their needs and their wants and then matching them with a vehicle that best suits their needs. Responsibilities will include understanding the features and benefits of all vehicles available for purchase and being able to communicate this information effectively to customers and potential customers. The ideal team member has strong communication skills (BI-LINGUAL is a bonus), a high level of self-confidence, basic computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills.

Annual earnings potential between $80k-120k!!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
• Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
• Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
• Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
• Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them utilizing our CRM software.
• Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
• Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
• Assisting with the set up of showroom and promotional displays
• Performs other duties assigned by the department manager
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or coursework desired
• Self-motivated
• Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
• Professional appearance and confident phone voice/skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid Drivers License
