As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving sales, managing inventory, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and reconditioning processes to maximize profitability and turn rates.
- Implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to attract customers.
