Parts Counter Associate Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer relationships, going above and beyond to ensure a lifetime customer.
• Perform retail sales counter transactions for parts and catalog items.
• Assist with wholesale parts, including inventory and shipping and receiving.
• Obtain brand specific product knowledge and present the knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product.
• Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience.

Parts Counter Associate Qualifications:

• Dealership experience required.
• CDK/DMS experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Detail oriented with great organizational skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and prioritize.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed.

Supplemental pay types:

• Salary and Commission pay.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Parts Counter Associate: 1 year (Required)
• Automotive dealership parts and/or service department: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Must be capable of passing background/MVR check and pre-employment drug screening.
