Qualifications:BDC Representative Responsibilities

Generate appointments and quotes through proactive inbound/outbound communication and lead management.

Respond to internet leads and call-ins immediately.

Manage and engage with customers through our live chat platform.

Listen closely to customer needs to provide thoughtful guidance and vehicle recommendations.

Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest satisfaction standards.

Partner closely with sales consultants to hand off qualified leads and detailed customer information.

Direct customers to online product resources as needed.

Check and respond to email inquiries promptly.

Facilitate the sales process by collecting and updating customer data.

Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
