Myers and Stauffer LC is a certified public accounting and health and human services consulting firm, specializing in audit, accounting, data management and consulting services to government-sponsored health care programs (primarily state Medicaid agencies, and the federal Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services). We have 45 years of experience assisting our government clients with complex health care reimbursement and provider compliance issues, operate 21 offices and have over 900 associates nationwide.

Essential Functions

  • Setup and deploy IT user endpoint devices
  • Order and track IT software and hardware
  • Provide detailed record keeping of computers, printers, scanners, monitors, and other equipment for all offices
  • Ensure detailed record keeping of software for compliance
  • Processing and tracking of IT shipments
  • Negotiate software and hardware procurements with 3rd party vendors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in office environment preferred and preferably performing in an IT Administrative function
  • Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Familiarity with general IT hardware including desktop, server and networking
  • Familiarity with general IT software licensing including Microsoft, Adobe and others
  • Proficient use of applicable technology; specifically Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Word)
  • General knowledge of KACE, SharePoint and QuickBooks is helpful, but not required
  • Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while fulfilling all obligations
  • Strong customer service skills
