Job Responsibilities:
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized sterilization room
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
- Order and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies
- Assist dental assistants and hygienists with preparation of instruments and materials for dental procedures
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Continuously improve sterilization processes to enhance efficiency and patient care
Job Requirements:
- No experience or education required, all training provided by myDental
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to teamwork and providing exceptional patient care
- Familiarity with basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time
