Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced RN Manager for our Case Management unit. This role provides departmental direction and daily operations oversight of RN Case Managers in the Care Management Department. The Manager will model proactive, collaborative working relationships and work closely with the Care Management Leadership Team to ensure effective patient care across the healthcare continuum.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare related field – Nursing preferred)For Care Network: 2 years Case Management experience, 1 year Leadership experienceFor Case Management/UM Review: 3 years Case Management experience, 2 years Leadership experienceKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of RN Case Managers in the Care Management DepartmentFoster a highly engaged and collaborative team environmentPromote effective and efficient patient care management across the continuumSupervise caregiver activities and support professional growth and developmentCollect, analyze, and report quality data; drive quality and performance improvement initiativesPlan, organize, and implement departmental programs, services, and strategiesEnsure departmental goals, policies, and procedures align with hospital objectivesManage recruitment, hiring, training, development, and retention of caregivers
