Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California (CA) Bar license (required)
- 3–10 years of labor & employment law experience
- Strong knowledge of California Labor Code, FEHA, and employment regulations
- Experience handling motions, depositions, and court appearances
- Experience with class actions or PAGA matters is a plus
- Trial experience is a plus
