You are the operational core of our clinic. You keep everything running, every patient feeling cared for, and our team pointed in the right direction. This role blends hands-on clinical support with day-to-day leadership, and it's built for someone who is equally comfortable managing people and rolling up their sleeves.
Core Responsibilities
Growth & Patient Acquisition Own the new patient pipeline from first inquiry to booked appointment. Manage lead follow-ups, coordinate community outreach, and find opportunities to introduce our neurofeedback services to prospective clients.
Team Leadership Directly manage and mentor neurofeedback technicians. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and invest in your team's professional development to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Executive Reporting Act as the primary liaison between clinic staff and leadership. Provide regular reports to the Director and Doctor on patient retention, office KPIs, and operational efficiency.
Clinical Coordination Under clinical supervision, work directly with patients to administer neurofeedback treatments, operate equipment, and maintain thorough session documentation.
Operational Excellence Keep the clinic running smoothly. Maintain a welcoming environment, streamline administrative workflows, manage office supplies, and ensure all clinical protocols are followed with care and consistency.

Qualifications
- Background in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related fields
- Experience in Mental Health and Patient Care
- Leadership experience in prior roles
- Skills in Direct Patient Care, including building rapport with clients and ensuring comfort
- Passion for assisting individuals in achieving improved mental health and well-being
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare or neurofeedback is a plus
- Certifications in neurofeedback or EEG technology are advantageous
