Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) to oversee the daily operations of a group home and ensure high-quality care and support for the individuals we serve. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
What you'll have:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the Human Services field.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Willingness to complete Medication Administration, CPR, and First Aid training upon hire.
- Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
- FBI clearance is required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements

- Supporting individuals with personal care, daily routines, and community-based activities.
- Monitoring medication administration and ensuring medical needs are addressed promptly.
- Conducting fire drills, safety checks, and maintaining household supplies.
- Coordinating transportation and maintaining communication with families and team members.
- Assisting with documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and attendance records.
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
- Supporting the Program Specialist with audits, training, and program development.
