A Day in the Life of a Service Technician
As a Service Technician, you help ensure our property remains attractive, safe, and well-maintained. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you help manage supply inventories, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations and repairs.

This position typically works 40 hours per week. You will also be on-call 24/7 to handle maintenance emergencies.

A Day in the Life of a Service Technician
As a Service Technician, you help ensure our property remains attractive, safe, and well-maintained. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you help manage supply inventories, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations and repairs.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Inspecting and maintaining buildings, units, and equipment
- Completing unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks
- Performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
- Replacing locks, screens, and hardware
- Painting, wall repair, trash removal, and groundskeeping
- Reporting and correcting safety hazards promptly
- Take pride in maintaining the property's clean and safe appearance—and making sure everything runs smoothly for our residents
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintenance experience in property management
- Ability to be "on-call" 24/7 for emergencies
- Valid driver’s license
