My3Tech is hiring a Front-End Design Systems Developer for a public sector engagement focused on building and integrating an enterprise design system. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly improve the accessibility and usability of critical government digital services.
Role: UI/UX Developer/Architect
Location: Onsite(Des Moines, IA)
What You'll Do:
- Set up and integrate an enterprise design system, including high-level wrapper components and reusable component libraries
- Uphold strict WCAG 2.1/AAA accessibility standards using ARIA roles, semantic HTML, and accessibility testing tools
- Build and document components using Storybook for collaboration across teams
- Develop in HTML, SASS, and Angular, with a strong focus on accessible UX best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of professional front-end development experience
- Proven experience building reusable component libraries and wrapper components
- Strong accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.1/AAA, ARIA, semantic HTML, and testing tools)
- Proficiency in Angular, HTML, and SASS
- Experience with Storybook and enterprise design systems (USWDS preferred)
