Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 7 years' experience in administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / Citrix DaaS and/or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- 7 years' experience in networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnets/VLANs, DNS, load balancing, plus hands on with ACLs and firewall rule management.
- 7 years' of proficiency with PowerShell and familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts.
- 7 years' experience with monitoring and troubleshooting across Citrix/AVD, Windows Server, and network layers.
- 7 years' experience in ability to write clear technical documentation and operate within TxDOT change and incident management processes.
- 7 years' experience in administering Windows Server in enterprise environments (AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, file/print, patching/updates).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 Years experience with Azure network security, public sector security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800 53), and CIS hardening benchmarks.
- 4 Years with Citrix CCA V / CCP V / CCE V; Microsoft AZ 104, AZ 140; ITIL Foundation; CompTIA Network /Security , certification(s) are a plus
