Duties
- Perform comprehensive washing and cleaning of trucks and trailers using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
- Conduct exterior detailing, including buffing and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Ensure all surfaces are free of dirt, grease, debris, and other contaminants through meticulous cleaning procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Assist with minor vehicle inspections to identify any damages or maintenance needs during the cleaning process.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during washing and detailing activities.
Experience
- Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience with buffing & polishing is a plus.
- Knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record is desirable for moving vehicles as needed.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle inspection processes and safety standards is beneficial.
