Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Mowing, edging, weeding, pruning shrubs, trimming trees, and mulching garden beds.
- Installation: Planting trees, flowers, and sod, and assisting with softscape/hardscape installation.
- Equipment Operation: Using tools like leaf blowers, mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and shovels safely.
- Site Upkeep: Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing tools and equipment; removing debris from sites.
- Site Prep: Digging, grading, and spreading soil, sand, or gravel.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift over 50 lbs consistently, stand, crouch, and bend for long periods.
