Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Assistant, located in Prosper, TX. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Assistant to support content creation, brand operations, and product development for a content creator and founder of a growing home decor brand. This is an opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about social media, has an eye and passion for interior design/decor, and enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team. You’ll assist in everything from helping on shoots to supporting product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Social Media Support
• Assist with photo and video shoots— develop ideas, prep scenes, provide on-site support, and conduct video and/or photo shoots.
• Capture, organize, and edit social media content and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Help plan creative content that align with brand goals.
• Support the creation and scheduling of posts across social channels.
• Collaborate with the team on creative direction, campaigns, and product storytelling.
Administrative & Operational Support
• Assist in scheduling, appointments, and communication.
• Run errands and provide support as needed.
• Help to organize and maintain content files, assets, and product samples.
Product Development & Brand Support
• Assist in product development and launches.
• Track product samples, vendor communications, and timelines.
• Contribute ideas for branding.
Qualifications
• A friendly, dependable team player with a positive attitude.
• Passion for social media and interior design/decor.
• Experience or strong interest in content creation, influencer marketing, or brand management.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
