Job Title: Retail Store Associate
Location: MyTeam Store – Mall of Georgia, Buford, GA
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Shift required.

Tuesday - 10 am to 2 pm

Thursday- 10 am to 2 pm

Saturday 10 am to 2-4 pm

Sunday 10 am to 2 pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain the store’s presentation and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately
• Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are neat and organized
• Assist in inventory management, tagging, and pricing items
• Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, sweeping, and cleaning display cabinets
• Monitor for loss prevention and follow store security protocols
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges politely
• Support store opening and closing procedures as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of sports merchandise a plus
