Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in Durham, NC. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences and driving overall store performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing store layout, maintaining inventory, and implementing effective retail loss-prevention measures. Additionally, the manager will focus on cultivating a welcoming environment that aligns with the company’s mission and supports its greater purpose.
