What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sign Installer position at My Sign Station?
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with CNC Equipment – laser engraving – and UV Printers
- Strong knowledge of shop practices and skill in using shop tools and equipment.
- Ability to accurately read job description and translate into fabricated products.
- Vinyl Graphics experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team player is a must.
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of signs, including cutting, laminating, mounting and more
- edit designs and layouts per Job descriptions and materials
- Prepares substrates for application, which may include cutting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates.
- Precise installation of vinyl graphics and signage.
- Driving to various job sites for installation.
- Maintaining tools and equipment.
- Ensuring quality control throughout the production and installation process.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Assist with the installation of signs in the NYC area
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
