Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
As our Operations Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our sales and installation operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and tracking sales orders from initiation to completion.
- Verifying order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently sourcing and purchasing specialty parts and hardware.
- Providing excellent phone support and managing inquiries.
- Scheduling and confirming customer appointments with precision.
- Securing customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Handling essential documentation, including obtaining, preparing, and scanning.
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
- Remarkably organized with an unwavering commitment to detail.
- Professional in conduct and presentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Familiar with invoicing and order entry processes.
