- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Assist customers with product demos and upselling to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through merchandising, stocking, and rotating products to ensure attractive presentation.
- Conduct stock checks, manage inventory levels, and restock shelves efficiently to keep the store well-supplied.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Support store operations by supervising team members when needed and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to guide team members effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math is highly desirable.
