Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in PPC, PPI, and digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for independently planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-driven — able to take ownership of campaign management from start to finish, delivering measurable results aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and additional channels.
- Develop effective targeting strategies to reach and engage high-potential audiences.
- Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and implement insights to continually improve performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Conduct A/B tests, manage budgets, and optimize bidding strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications
- 2 years of proven experience in managing PPC and/or PPI campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns independently.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in performance measurement and reporting.
- Experience in digital marketing strategy and audience segmentation.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
