Based in Dublin, OH, My Service Depot has been a pioneer in the software industry for over 30 years. We support clients across North America, and we’re looking for a motivated Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
- Direct Support: Provide over-the-phone and remote assistance to help users master our software.
- Product Evolution: Troubleshoot bugs and test new features to influence future development.
- Collaborate: Work alongside Sales, Billing, and Development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- People Person: You are friendly, dependable, and thrive in a laid-back but focused office environment.
- Strong Work Ethic: You are able to work independently and stay on task while maintaining a refined attention to detail.
- Background: Experience in customer service, IT support, or the trade industries (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) is a major plus.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with Office 365, SQL Server, or IT fundamentals (No formal degree required!).
