In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Minimum caseload of 28 Weekly Sessions
- Capped at 32 Weekly Sessions
- Rates: $36-$45 (Depending on BBS Hours/Experience with Trauma and medical)
- Less than 2000 hours pay range: $36-$39
- More than 2000 hours $40-$45
- Licensed Clinician payrate $55-65
- Rates depends on any certifications
- Saturday Preferred 6Hr shift
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
- Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
