- Commissions: Assist in calculating and processing commissions for sales staff and agents, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Office Management: Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office organization.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and administrative activities.
