We are seeking a skilled and service-driven Patient Care Specialist to join our kind and talented team. This role is ideal for someone who understands that dentistry is about more than procedures — it’s about trust, education, and helping patients move forward with confidence.
Our team enjoys a 4-day work week:
- Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

- Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact
- Coordinate the daily schedule to ensure smooth, personalized patient experiences
- Respond to patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Confidently discuss basic financial details and payment options compassionately
