Water Mitigation Technician & Sales Representative
Base Pay Commission Opportunities
We are a growing water, fire, and mold remediation company looking for a motivated, outgoing, and experienced individual to join our team in a hybrid technician and sales role.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on restoration work but also has a passion for sales, building relationships, and generating new business.
Our long-term goal is for this position to develop primarily into a sales role, while providing the opportunity to continue working as a mitigation technician to maintain a steady, reliable paycheck.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (Primary Growth Focus)
- Actively generate new business opportunities and leads for water, fire, and mold remediation services.
- Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, contractors, real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
- Identify potential customers and confidently explain our services.
- Follow up with leads, provide excellent customer service, and help convert opportunities into jobs.
- Represent our company professionally while developing long-term relationships.
- Work toward sales goals with opportunities to earn additional income through commissions.
Water Mitigation & Restoration
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring.
- Assist with mold remediation, demolition, and restoration-related services.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and follow industry standards.
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, as we operate 24/7.
Qualifications
- IICRC WRT certification required.
- 1–2 years of water mitigation/restoration experience required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Sales experience is preferred, but a motivated individual willing to learn is encouraged to apply.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Positive attitude, professional work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people in need.
- Willingness to develop new business relationships and pursue sales opportunities.
- Availability for rotating emergency on-call shifts.
