Executive Assistant to Leadership | President & Founder

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support both the President and Founder of My Red Life.

This is a high-impact role working directly with leadership across growth, operations, and day-to-day execution. You’ll act as a central point of coordination, helping keep both leaders aligned, organized, and focused on the highest priorities.

This is not a traditional EA role — we’re looking for someone who can operate at a high level, manage complexity, and drive execution.

• Managing calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for both President and Founder
• Coordinating communication, inbox management, and follow-ups
• Ensuring alignment across leadership priorities and initiatives
• Tracking projects, action items, and key deliverables across the business
• Supporting initiatives across marketing, operations, and growth
• Creating structure, organization, and systems to improve efficiency
• Acting as a force multiplier for leadership

• You will support two leaders with different priorities — alignment and organization are critical
• You’ll be involved in both strategic discussions and day-to-day execution
• You’ll have visibility into how the business actually runs

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communicator (written and verbal)
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Proactive and solution-oriented — not just task-driven
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong judgment and ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience supporting executives or founders strongly preferred
