What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Caregiver - 1st/2nd Shift $18-$20/hr position at My Place?
**Must live within 30 miles of Watertown and Ixonia**
**Must be 18 or older**
Starting rates of $18.00-$20.00 per hour with overtime available of rates up to $30 per hour
My Place operates 4 bed Adult Family Homes and a 6 bed Community Based Residential Facility. We have 5 facilities total and currently provide care to 18 residents total across all our locations!
Shift Availability -
- 1st shift: 8am-2pm or 8am-4pm **No 1st shift only positions available: must also have some 2nd shift availability**
- 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm or 4pm-10pm
- Full time (40 hours/ week) **must have weekend availability**
- Part-time (18-38 hours/ week)
Locations - Watertown and Ixonia
Job Expectations - We are looking for a dedicated, caring individual to join our team of caregivers! At My Place, we provide daily care in our group home settings for adult men with cognitive disabilities. We provide 24/7 individualized care to our residents based upon their needs.
Job Duties - Some of the job duties include (but are not limited to): assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, health monitoring, assisting residents with activities, ensuring safety and wellbeing, etc.
