Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to phone etiquette.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed.
- Conduct nightly financial audits using OPERA or similar hotel management systems to verify billing accuracy and reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and enforcing hotel emergency procedures when necessary.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure all records are accurate and complete for management review.
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, managing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of guest services, hotel emergency procedures, and hospitality standards.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Previous resort experience or working in a high-volume hotel setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
