Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and personalized assistance throughout their stay
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and swift resolution
- Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization to uphold a professional appearance
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest relations best practices
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and basic hotel management software is advantageous
- Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest services and hospitality excellence
