This position is located in a new hotel that is currently under construction. Conditions include active construction areas, limited lighting, and temporary utilities.
Physical Demands
The role requires the ability to walk the halls and stairwells of a four-story hotel at least hourly during each shift. This includes climbing stairs and remaining on foot for extended periods of time.
Safety Requirements
Must be aware and conform to all safety requirements when in the facility or in the field performing duties for the company.

- Conduct hourly walkthroughs of the hotel property to check for signs of fire, smoke, or other hazards.
- Monitor for unauthorized personnel and report any security concerns immediately.
- Document each walkthrough by recording observations and timestamping a photo in the watch log.
- Contact hotel leadership and/or emergency services in case of fire, smoke detection, or other critical incidents.
- Oversee generator functionality during shifts; report any irregularities (training provided as needed).
- Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding safety and security updates.
- Ability to remain alert and responsive during 10-12 hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

- Must be dependable, professional, consistent, and serious about the tasks at hand.
