Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Address and resolve guest concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
- Safety and Security: Implement and uphold safety and security measures to protect guests, staff, and hotel property. Regularly conduct inspections to identify and address any potential hazards or issues.
- Hotel Operations: Support the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the hotel. Ensure that all departments function efficiently and maintain the brand standards.
- Sales and Marketing: Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and enhance the hotel's visibility. Work to boost the hotel's performance through effective promotional activities and customer engagement.
- Administrative Duties: Help manage administrative tasks, including financial reporting, payroll, and cash handling. Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Staff Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of hotel staff. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all employees meet performance expectations and align with the brand standards.
- Hands-On Management: Be ready to step in and perform any role within the hotel, including front desk, guest services, night audit, housekeeping, maintenance, shuttle driving, and delivering breakfast-in-bed.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate, guide, and manage a diverse team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills to handle a variety of responsibilities and ensure smooth hotel operations.
