Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site/remote role for a Client Specialist. The Client Specialist will be responsible for supporting client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, maintaining communication, and improving customer experiences. The role requires working closely with internal teams and leveraging operational systems to ensure smooth workflows and client interactions.
