Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Oceanside, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to improve physical functioning, reduce pain, and prevent further injury. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on exercises, tracking progress, adapting treatment plans as needed, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest level of care.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and development of tailored treatment plans
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercise planning, manual therapy techniques, and pain management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and collaborate with patients and colleagues
- Attention to detail for documenting patient progress and updating treatment plans effectively
- Dedication to continuing education and staying updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- CPR and First Aid certification are required
- Experience working with diverse patient populations is a plus
